EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your RUBY London jeans

You have the right to cancel and refund within 14 days of receipt of your items, however we are committed to finding you the right denim, so we encourage you to exchange your order until we find the right fit, size, colour or style for you.

Please email info@rubylondon.com where our friendly Denim Experts will be happy to help and get the process started.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, however, exchanges are welcomed, or a Credit Note may be issued to spend at a later date.

Return postage labels can be provided via Royal Mail, alternatively, you may post at your own expense, we recommend using a trackable service.

RUBY London will issue a credit note if your size or colour choice is not available.

Refunds will be given on faulty goods or where the customer has tried to exchange 2 or more times with no perfect fit jean achieved.

Refunds will be issued to the customer via the original payment method.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

RUBY London reserves the right to alter prices and terms of sale at their discretion.
